No one wants to Coach Bayern Munich | Xavi vs Laporta at Barcelona | Tuchel favourite for United job

Xavi & Laporta are not on talking terms anymore, Xavi who in his recent interview exposed the financial incapabilities of FC Barcelona to compete in the market did not go well with Club President Joan Laporta. He has now decided to sack Xavi with Immediate effect and the news for confirmation could be out any minute.
Meanwhile FC Bayern Munich is facing a difficult time in appointing their new manager for the upcoming season, Thomas Tuchel has publicly stated that he's not going to stay at Bayern Munich for next season. Bayern are facing rejection from everyone for the manager's job, it's definitely not looking good for them.
Ten Hag's job depends on how he'll finish the FA Cup final vs Man City. He's walking on thin ice and could be sacked after this season, Tuchel is among the front runners for the United job, although majority of the fans want Ten Hag to keep his job beyond this season as he deserves one more year at the club.

Man United needs a rebuild more than anything. Fans need to accept that unless we have a squad which is "built" and not just an accumulation of players from past managers, we aren't going to win anything significant. ETH has to take some blame but if the decision to sack him has to be made, you have to look at the circumstances. Tuchel, Mourinho etc would thrive well when there is a proper base and your squad is good but just 1-2 steps away from being champions. ETH should stay, stabilise the squad, bring talented young players in, adopt one "identity" (very imp) and then if he doesn't do well, then change him. Simple. You don't have to pay his compensation, the squad would be better and the new manager coming in also has better chances of success. Idk why people fail to understand such a simple logic behind keeping ETH.

Don't compare Barca with United, we regularly play UCL and were league champions last season. Barca will be back to their renovated stadium at the end of next season. We are much more competitive than United and none of our players have priority problems and all are committed to barca. United and Barca don't have any similarities whatsoever.

How do you even justify Ten Hags good record in cup competition? He's just won a carabao cup, finished last in ucl group stage, reached finals in fa cup on penalties, almost bottling them out of which you lost one to us.
