I know from personal experience it can be difficult to come up with a low/no oxygen transfer process. My hope is that showing you my process will help you develop a process that works with your setup.
In my setup I use the following equipment:
Fermenter with a spout on the bottom: www.northernbrewer.com/produc...
Keg: a.co/d/c4iKX6b
Co2 tank: a.co/d/7BZHGB6
Cold Crash Guardian: www.brewhardware.com/product_...
Blow off container (growler in my case)
Tubing

Nice video. I typically run a tube from the keg "out" back to the fermenter. This way I'm reusing the co2 used for purging the keg. I just let gravity push the co2 back up and in the fermenter. I've done it with glass fermenters too though it more of a pain.

Why not just connect the keg gas post to the top of the fermenter. When you open the tap on the bottom of the fermenter the beer will flow under gravity to the bottom of the keg pushing the co2 out & into the top of the fermenter. No need to add additional co2 as it's a closed loop , I've been doing this for a few years now. I even use the sanitised keg to capture the co2 from the fermentation so don't use any bottled co2 in the whole process.

Never seen or heard of a cold crash guardian before. Looks cool. Instead of using the co2 tank supplying the fermenter with gas while transferring I just take a gas line from the keg to the fermenter. Closed loop transfer. Saves on co2. I also use the gas produced from fermentation to push star san out of the keg which saves co2.

I wonder if you can pressurize the keg with CO2 just before cold crashing, thus eliminating the suck back?

If you ferment in a pressure capable vessel absolutely! It’s a great way to help carbonate your beer at the same time. Unfortunately my reactor fermenter is not capable of holding pressure so I didn’t discuss it in this video. I have new things I’m trying on the horizon though, including what you mentioned so keep an eye out for that.
