Na pozvání Lukáše jsme dorazili do Mladé Boleslavi, abychom si posvítili na kretény co parkují na invalidech. Jednomu z nich jsme zpříjemnili den. Jde nám hlavně o princip.

Jan I call police each time i see able body people park in handicap spot. Sometimes I wait to se thier reaction when they see the ticket on thier car. Here in California the fine is 250.00$

don't - there are invisible disabilities - or parents with disabled children, autism, for example - actually that need it, but you can't be the judge of that. Ambulatory wheelchair user exist, they might be able to walk a little before getting tired, or getting into something shop offers.

Nevím přesně kdy to bylo točeno, ale předpokládám, a datum zveřejnění videa mne v tom utvrzuje, že to bylo v době, kdy zákon neumožňoval řešit to v blokovém řízení. Tenhle přestupek se musel oznamovat na místně příslušný úřad.

I wish everyone would do this!!! I just had both of my knees replaced because they were sooo bad I couldn't hardly walk anymore. It took me a full year to recover because I had a few problems with the surgery and NOT ONE TIME did I even think about parking in a handicap parking spot or run to get a handicap sticker!!! Those parking spaces are reserved for people worst off than I've ever been!! People have no shame anymore! I think we need to rededicate people on the word RESPECT!!!!!😡

Chlapci a děvče, vaše video je skvělé. A jako otec tělesně postiženého synka vás můžu jen pochválit. S tímhle nešvarem se setkávám dost často a věřte tomu nebo ne, je to čím dál horší! Mám s tím dost podobných zážitků. Tuhle jsem dokonce u jednoho takového před oběma synky nahlas, prohlásil aby to slyšelo celé parkoviště, "Vidíš Ondro, pán je také postižený, jako Ty. Ale duševně.". Lidi se smáli a chlapík si nedovolil ani ceknout. Ono jít proti 120 kg jatečné váhy je trošku risk. Mladý, cca 45 letý chlapík s manželkou, opět bez karty. Ale stejně na to všichni dlabou. Stalo se mi ale z druhé strany následující: přijeli jsme, zaparkovali, a protože Ondra narozdíl od Lukáše chodí, hned po mě vystartoval pán, jakto že zneužíváme ZTP kartu. Vytáhl jsem Ondrovu průkazku, ukázal mu ji a poprosil Ondru, aby pána pozdravil. Chudák pán byl pak studem rudý asi až na zadku a moc se omlouval. Naprosto jsem ho chápal. Na jednu stranu se člověk snaží kartu nezneužívat, na druhou stranu takovejch ignorantů, až hanba mluvit. Takže pro všechny idioty, co parkujete na místech vyhrazených pro invalidy a nemáte k tomu oprávnění! Buďte rádi, že ta místa k parkování nepotřebujete!!!

How do you not get fined for that?? That's a fine between $250-$1000 USD in the states. I would have released the air from his tires. So technically It's not destruction of private property. Inconvenience them as much as they inconvenience the disabled. :)

OH PLEASE COME TO THE US!!!!! I WOULD LOVE TO BE THE POLICE CALLED!!!! Me: “This is your car and you parked it here?” Owner of illegally parked car: “YES!! What are you going to do about it??!!” Me: I leave for a quick minute and come back with my ticket book and say “HERE IS YOUR TICKET FOR PARKING IN A HANDICAP SPOT!!!!!! Also if you do not pick up that pile of shrink wrap, I will also give you a ticket for littering.”

Bravissimo! I saw what my grandfather had to endure. He was an amputee, and he had a special parking sticker from the Philadelphia Police Department for his car. But this was back in the 1960's, before they had special parking spots for disabled people; he had to baksheesh some politicians to get the sticker.

Great job! Excellent here is a request for something to use on idiots like this. Put alot of petroleum jelly under door handles and spread on Windows ( they spend so much time cleaning Windows and then when they think they are finished they get another hand full with door handles)or use duct tape on Windows, headlights and mirrors, either very hard to remove. I drive tractor trailer I have used petroleum jelly in USA on illegal parking in loading docks and it's funny to watch them trying to get it off!!!!!😀

I went to the supermarket a week or so back and this car parked in the disabled parking AND what do I see. a young man no more than 20 jumped out. When I queried his parking he said he had his grandmothers disabled blue badge. how do you explain to an idiot like that. Regards

@@572334 How can we as views tell arrogance from not being able to hear the person. People do wrong things all the time. I'm not a law enforcement officer. I suspect neither are you. He was not in the right, but neither is messing with property that does not belong to you. The officer may have chosen not to ticket the offender this time since he would also have to ticket you and your possē for making his vehicle unsafe to operate.

It's very sad to see that a police officer was there, and didn't give him a fine for illegal parking, and equally worse, for littering, as he should have taken to the trash the celofane wrapping of his car, the policeman should have stayed there to ensure just that.

Unfortunately, since they wrapped the car and the license plate and the interior of the car were not visible, the officer could not prove any wrong doing.

@@nunom1973 1st of all, I obey all traffic and parking ordinances so quit being presumptuous. 2nd of all, I am a proponent of Persons With Disabilities rights. 3rd of all, I park my vehicles straight and true in properly designated parking spots. And finally, these vigilantes have no more rights to take the law into their own hands than the person who parked illegally. And their actions are the very reason the officer could not ticket them. By tampering with the vehicle, they made it impossible for the officer to identify the vehicle by either its license tag or the VIN. And they posted video evidence of them messing with a car that NONE of them owned or otherwise had any rights to. They are lucky the owner didn't file a charge against them for their wrecklessness.

@@ajclark809 I'm guessing you are not a resident of the country in which this video was filmed? Neither am I, but from what I observed - the disabled lad has friends who were supporting his fight against the injustices that prevailed. To call them vigilantes is wrong. The driver of the vehicle commited the offence. Regardless of your use of the word 'tampering', the police officer could easily have obtained access to the vehicle registration details after the offender had removed the plastice covering it which, I am guessing - was meant to purvey to the driver the fact that he was unable to acces the vehicle he hoped to get into - like the disabled lad who should have access to, if it were his vehicle, he needed to get into with wider access to get a wheelchair into, for example: POINT BEING - Doh!

U parkování ohledně pro rodiny, není stanoveno, zda tu rodinu máte nebo ne. Žádné pravidlo ani kartičky o tom, zda máte rodinu nejsou a ani nemůžou zatím být. Tudíž když tam zaparkuje, kde jaký mamlas, který by ani o holku nezavadil, nemůžou s tím nic udělat.

U nás ze všech soukromých parkovacích míst vyhrazeným invalidům jen jeden je invalida. Si u domu pořídili vyhrazené parkovací místo pro invalidu jeden doktor, zaměstnanec městských tepláren a jeden zastupitel a ani jeden invalidou nebo invalidu nevozí.

Pro ostatní, co někdy narazí na kokota bez kartičky ZTP parkujici na vyhrazeném místě,, a vy kartičku máte, tak v klidu můžete zavolat na policí a ti jsou z vyhlášky povini dát takový vůz odtahnout! " Sami policajti to dělat nebudou,ale na oprávněnou žádost musí konat. Dělat to tak každý den nikdo si to příště nedovolí. "

My girlfriend is in a wheel chair and it anyoys me when people park on the pavement and we have to go round it on the road which is dangerous for us I might but start wrapping their cars in cling film 😁

You should carry some potatoes; put one up the exhaust pipe - so it is a tight fit. Wait for the huge bang when it backfires!! Or put some fish up the exhaust - smells a bit when it cooks in there - or goes off - whichever comes first.

Chris tino, that plastic is Shrink Wrap and unless you have a blade or a lot of time, it is very difficult to remove.
