This is the second of two videos that discuss whether or not society ought to provide health care to all.

Specifically, in this video, I examine H. Tristram Engelhardt Jr.'s arguments that:
1. There is no secular moral right to health care, and
2. It is wrong to prohibit multitiered systems of health care.
The video ends by considering four "fashionable" goals associated with health care reform:
1. Provide the best care for all.
2. Provide equal care for all.
3. Protect the freedoms of patients and physicians to make their own decisions about the health care they obtain/provide.
4. Contain health care costs.
Engelhardt argues that though these goals may sound desirable, it is impossible to accomplish them at the same time.
