pro tip!! when you are making the bobble, place a stitch marker there so you don’t have to count the stitches from where your next bobble is!!

Your method of decreasing is great! I’ve never seen it done this way and it really makes a nice stitch. Best of luck on your channel, you’re a great teacher. Cute Dino!

Thank you so much! I find it works really well for the amigurumi because it prevents any gaps for the stuffing to show through.

These little guys are simply adorable! I would like a written pattern to follow along, too. I like being able to read and follow on the tutorial. Will they work with regular 4 ply yarn, or must it be the type you used?

It turned out cute, but the importance of where eyes are placed and spaces between would have been nice. My eyes ended up on the top side of the body so stitches had to be adjusted by 10 following bobble stitches. Also row count would have been appreciated.

Hi! Thank you for the input! I had a lot of people note that they'd like to see a row count, so I have been trying to add that to my more recent tutorials. As for the eye placement, I really thought I had emphasized that, but I am sorry for any confusion!

Hi! This pattern will definitely work with other acrylic yarns, just make sure that you adjust your hook size if using a thinner yarn. I like a 4.25mm when i use a standard weight 4 yarn. Also bare in mind that the project will be a bit smaller this way. Alternatively you can use 2 strand of the thinner yarn together and get something closer to the original in size. I hope that helps!
