No sew standing gnome with a sock body tutorial

Hi everyone ☺️ happy to share this fairly simple method of making a sturdy standing gnome from a sock body. I show how to do this with two different supply methods depending on where you are hopefully you can get your hands on one of the options. I love being able to use recycled materials in my gnome making and I get to do that with these guys. You can use variety of fabrics and gave a lot of fun with these guys. I am a huge fan of the faux fur trim as well they look so luxurious. The fleece used on both of them is from throw blankets. I just realized you are from Canada!!! When I heard you say Dollarama it made me wonder. Greetings from British Columbia. So happy to have found your channel. I love the gnomes you make….so cute and creative. And no sew….I think even I might be able to mange making one…or two…or more. Thank you for your tutorials.

I purchased it online at fabricville, It came in a faux fur remnant bundle so I am not sure what it is called sorry
