How to Make Easy Custard Flan. No Baking or Steaming Needed.
ingredients:
Caramel
8 tablespoons granulated white sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons water
Flan:
2 eggs
1/2 ounce unflavored gelatin powder (no color)
7.6 ounces all-purpose cream
6 tablespoons sugar
1 1/4 cup whole milk
1/4 cup water

Pinanood ko lang to gawa ni Vanjo. Wala kasi akong tyaga magluto ng sweets. Pero ang gwapo kasi ni Vanjo dito sa video nito. Ang perfect ng distance ng shot from the camera.

Texture is different. Usual recipe calls for 10 egg yolks, 1 can evap and 1 can condensed milk and vanilla extract only for the custard.

@@angieramunni3994 and besides the recipe would make 2 containers. Usually a person just eats 1/5 of a container so essentially you are just eating one egg yolk unless you are a glutton.
