Trending No Steam, No Bake Graham Leche flan
This is another way to make the Pinoy dessert we all love. If you do not want to steam or bake the leche flan you can cook it in a pot. And it is guaranteed that you will have the smooth, soft and silky texture of the leche flan.
You can add flavors, color and fillings to make the ordinary leche flan more appetizing and delicious.
Crust ingredients:
200g crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup melted butter/margarine
Leche flan:
1 1/2 tbsp gelatine, clear & unflavored
2 tbsp water, room temp.
5 med. sized whole eggs
740ml evaporated milk
600ml condensed milk
