The plaintiff says the defendant and some other friends were at her home and the defendant knocked her TV over, breaking it. She’s suing for the cost of the television. The defendant admits she ran into the TV, but it wasn’t stable to begin with. She’s countersuing for harassment.

The plaintiff did try to embarrass the defendant and the defendant personality outshined that shade. No she’s not a perfect person but she’s no devil.

The way she talks shows definitely her punk character. A Fiesty girl with no kids. She got to be very careful and cautious, you can't get violent with everyone and live a long life.
