Im already playing guitar for half year.. but still i can’t change the chord smoothly like A CHORD to DMaj7 like his.. are there practicing methods for beginner like me?

I wish there was a exact method 😭but I did vividly remember when I was at a stage like that. I would say your best bet is just be comfortable with barre chords in general! And don’t forget the pinky too, often times I feel like guitarist neglect it and I feel like I still am guilty of that. GL!
