Players, Managers, Owners come and most go! The Club and the Fans are the constant. Some Players, some Managers and maybe some Owners 'get the club' to the extent that they are forever associated with the club. In the present and recent past we can call Pablo, Gaetano, Marcelo, Luke, Liam and Stuart all cut from this cloth, always welcome back and forever Leeds. And then you have the others who choose a different route. It doesn't matter how good or bad they were as players or manager it is just about the respect they have for the club. The lot that left 12 months ago were only looking after themselves and had no respect for the club whatsoever and all of them in my book are not welcome back either as Leeds players or players of visiting teams. They made their beds. Most we will probably never see again (Wober, Roca, Rodrigo, Aaronson. Koch) some we may (Harrison, Adams, Christenson, Sinisterra), but all are unwelcome in my book! Harrison is however an interesting case. From memory I believe the deal with Everton is a straight loan expendable only if Leeds are not promoted, but if Leeds are promoted Everton can not afford to buy him and a return with tail between his legs is unlikely so Harrison will have to move on to new pastures and good riddence.

I don’t know if actually feel for Harrison or not.. He hasn’t been treated the best by this club and our fans.. However neither has Dan James and he has just got on with it and become a firm fan favourite.. I admire Dan James but Harrison.. Well.. to be honest I just think he’s a bit of a c… 😂

Speaking to an long time everton fan, he says that Harrison often goes missing in games and has provided very little in value, he did however say, that one of his family members is extremely ill and he thinks that this has a lot to do with his performances (I cannot verify what he claims), but he continues to say that most of his friends don't want him, and the fan base is also against continuing the loan or thinks he's worth buying. I think he needs to find a club that will love him tbh, I was never convinced that he would be consistently good, just flashes of brilliance but for the rest of the time mediocre, I think a move away would suit all parties, I reckon 15M at the very most is what Leeds will get for him if Leeds are canny.

Harrison wanted to maintain a wage at the same level and attempt to get into the England squad (regardless of whether that’s a reality or not). Football has such a short career and can get cut shorter at any point. Would you take a wage cut and take a ‘lesser job’ in your chosen profession? Loyalty and playing for the shirt remains in the amateur arena. Players are bought and sold, come and go, the only constant is the fans who maintain their investment by turning up, buying merch and renewing season tickets/membership every year. There still is the odd player who finds an affinity with a club but some ‘fans’ will still have a pop as soon as they have a bad game….some take it too far! Loyalty works two ways🤷🏼‍♂️

the only player on loan I would take back is Wøber, but that is only because we need more/better defenders. If we dont go up, Rodon will go back and Ampadu might be bought by a Prem club.

I don't miss any of the Marsch players. They can indeed fuck off. I do miss Harrison on the other hand. And I totally understand why he didn't want to stay. Our club was in shambles and I had no hopes of finishing in the top 3 at the start of the season. I'm positively surprised so far. However, I wish we had stayed 1 or 2 of course.
