I read somewhere that per DG Corporate are closing some stores early or close completely like for a week so their employees can restock their shelves. A lot of stores across the country are SO far behind on it. I believe you're finding past holiday items is because they're actually cleaning out their back room. All that old stuff is being thrown out lol

Missed you Shannon. Glad you are feeling better. Those cardboard pop and plays are great for more than just children. I raise chickens and those pop and plays are great for a baby chick brooder box. If you don't know what that is. It is where baby chicks are raised from the time they hatch until they are old enough to be outside without freezing. If they don't have a mama chicken to raise them and keep them warm and safe.

The amount of stuff going into the trash is ridiculous when people are starving, need clothes, their homes burn down, their starting a new apartment or home, a homeless person finally gets a home, kids get put into foster care....or reunited with parents.....

Great dive....my husband and I go diving also just the other day we found over 200 pairs of reading glasses..we added it up 1900 dollars worth. Now we need to find someplace to donate them.. we will have to look it up..

Glad to hear you are feeling better Shannon. Wow you found some great stuff to donate. The prices are just crazy lately. I have noticed lately that food is way more expensive than it was. Here in Ontario Canada they want over 20 dollars for laundry soap and food prices have gone crazy up . I use to pay under 5 dollars for peanut butter and now they want 15 dollars a bottle. It’s so nice to see people like you that take time out their day to help others in need. I have a neighbor where I lived who started a food thing where she gives ppl healthy food who are in low income. She helps seniors and others. So seeing what you and this lady does just warms my heart knowing there is still people who care and who help others. Can’t wait for your next video and stay healthy and safe

It's illegal to dump bleach or any other chemicals in the dumpster. It poses a danger to animals and the garbage workers.

Shannon words are hard aye. Oh-pres-ma-rol is the easy way of saying that word. I only know as my hubby takes them and I work supporting people who take them. I have found I still have to sound it out.
