Seeing a set of r11s for $199 is super cool. I'm not sure if I just hit the eBay seller lottery or what, but I sold a set of those about 2 years ago now for $550. There were 2 bidders who were very active throughout it's listing!

I picked up that same Sim Max from Golf Avenue this past spring with a Fuji Ventus for $250. Basically looked brand new. I’m a sucker for USA stuff. Had no idea it’s kind of rare. Gamed it all season and love it.

Somehow when you go into a store, the most awesome clubs happen to be there - incredible! The shrimp along coastal GA are just much sweeter than Florida for some reason. I didn't see you eating shrimp and grits - hope you had them (not for breakfast necessarily). My favorite shrimp places in Florida are Frenchy's Clearwater Beach and Dixie Crossroads in Titusville. I'm sure there are other great places, but those are amazing. What a cool club to find USA Sim which made the entire trip worthwhile! Love the channel!

I found that same exact driver a year ago for the same price at a roger Dunn in perfect condition with a Project X HZRDUS Smoke iM10 shaft on it just didn’t get the head cover. Been playing it all year just didn’t know the value till now 😅 best driver I’ve played in the last 10 years playing, hit the thing a mile one of the best sounding drivers in my opinion

The orange sticker at an Edwin Watts is a club that was traded in. The yellow stickers are clubs that are returned within their 90 day program. The orange stickers are normally cheaper if you compare two of the same club and can provide the best deals.

Part of the issue with your set of Mavriks might be the prices and condition on Callaway Preowned. I wonder if that site might make moving Callaways harder for everyone else reselling.

That driver came out for the 2020 Ryder cup that never happened. Covid made them change the annual rotation , so this club got lost in time. It’s going to be very rare soon, and worth a lot more in the future

That’s good to hear, I didn’t realize how rare it was until seeing their reaction, but thinking of it now I haven’t seen anyone else using it at the courses I play, people always think it’s a custom head cover

Won 2 club championships with the Ping i15's. wish I hadn't sold them. but love my combo Sub70 699pro 4-7 and Hogan Apex Plus 7-E combo. and yes, that is TWO 7 irons.

i brought a JDM VG3 5 wood but the shaft is very short so i have increased the loft and its like a 6-7wood hits higher than a 3 hybird.

🤷went back because i thought i missed it: what was the name of the 1st shop for visited in this episode? with all these good used clubs available, do you see prices coming down further over the winter? BTW, as a retired manager of a big golf retailer, the trade in guides do not breakout different valuations for special editions or specific shaft upgrades ( other than steel versus graphite). Good big box store bargain hunting tip.

I always find it funny when people freak out about the Ventus iron shaft, let alone any Ventus without velocore. It's the lowest quality stock graphite shaft on the market. Fuji doesn't even sell them for retail that's how low quality they are.
