90 ml. Warm Milk
1 gr. Salt
150 gr. Wheat flour
15 gr. Melted butter
200 gr. Potatoes
15 gr. Ham
100 gr. Cheese
Salt to taste
15 gr. Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon with chopped onion
The yolk of 1 egg and a little milk
Bake for 30-35 minutes,
at 190-200 °C
