I really appreciate what you do. I began working two jobs back in june. When I come home at the end of what ends up being a 10-hour day I just kind of want to chill, and at first I found Brent and urbex Canada with his exploring of abandonments. And when I exhausted his content, then I found you, and Jeremy explores, and big banks. You guys have really gotten me through some hairy 10-hour days. Because I know I can come home and one of you guys is always going to have some new content. So thank you for what you do. This is a very strange place. I don't feel it was a family home, it looks more to be a business of some sort. Why would it have been seized by the government? Just strange.

My guess first the shelf in the closet was probably a jewelry display or perfume display counter. Definitely industrial vibes with the fixtures and designs. One of my favorite interiors!

Well...there are aspects of this place I do like. As a whole...Nope! All that starkness has the air of being in a mall. But then each to their own. You do find some unique places to explore. I always get a hoot out of some of the homes you've shown. Never boring.

Hmm…since it is Japanese inspired, I think I’d soften it up with shogi screen type material in those panels in the entryway. Maybe put that in the doors too inside. Houses like this make me feel like whoever had it built didn’t care about privacy lol

3:02, that’s definitely not an IKEA special, that’s custom and very expensive, like everything else in this house. I find this house ugly but I don’t like contemporary design, but it’s definitely not that dated. All of the fireplaces were wood, none of them were gas, so you know.

The section mid way up the basement stairs may have been a nanny suite and kids play area?

Noah that master bedroom hole in the wall was the sex tape hole i imagine a camera hidden. Lastly its madness it being knocked down, its very industrial, metal but understandable as this place felt like a lodgers house very mazey lots of unnecessary cupboards for throw rugs, pillows, oversized cushions etc… thx for the tour
