It's not even Potential Man's fault fr, Megumi wouldn't be so weak if that bum-ass Zen'in didn't make Mahoraga COMPLETELY IMMUNE to not only Ten Shadows but also Infinity, making it impossible for an actual Ten Shadows sorcerer to tame it, and making it even more of a struggle on Gojo's behalf in order to kill Makora if crap hit the fan while Megumi was fighting it. Edit: I have been informed that Makora does not keep its adaptations if it is not tamed. Megumi really is just kind of an idiot for not trying to tame Mahoraga after Shibuya Incident.

Honestly though. Every single time we see Sukuna get rocked, then the next chapter he's just totally fine and we get a character glazing Sukuna with 'I knew the whole time I wasn't a match for him, he wasn't even trying that whole time'. I swear Gege's gonna have every character come up and kiss Sukuna on the ring by the end of the series.

Part of it is really the trash translations people are reading from the leaks. The dude everyone reads gets something wrong EVERY WEEK! This week it was Maki saying Yuta was 100% alive, week before it was 'lol Sukuna not trying'. Real dialogue was 'all-out' or 'in the zone', which obviously meant black flash. It was lame as hell that Gojo pretty much said 'ggez' in an L to seem modest, but that chapter was absolute garbage for like 20 other reasons too. But yea, I'm sick of the 'Sukuna not trying no fire arrow lmao' stupidity.

I think the whole set-up at the start of the chapter and the panel we ended on is more like a joke than anything and someone will intervene next chapter. I mean, Kusakabe is strong, sure, DEFENSIVELY that is, offensively however? He's going to get his own Miwa moment where he swings his sword with everything he has and it gets stopped with 0 effort.

It's ironic that Gege stated how he is willing to kill off characters to make the story interesting and unpredictable, but the story is in the most predictable state it has ever been. Sakuna killed Gojo? Aw, I never saw that coming. Sakuna killed Kashimo? Never saw that coming, fr. Sakuna killed Higuruma? Totally did not see that coming! fr, fr. Sakuna killed/K.O.'ed Yuta? Man this is getting so interesting, I couldn't even imagine how this could happen, for realest real. Sakuna killed/K.O.'ed Maki? Damn, Gege never fails to make me more hyped with every chapter! Sakuna's sustained injuries from the killed above do not matter because he just have to "Get Serious"? OMG Gege is so creative! My guess up until the "getting serious" part would have been that Sakuna will be a "death from a thousand cuts" case, but Gege is on another level! Sakuna just have to get serious.
