I don't think this is the best way to breed pigeons. They are just trying to copy, in a weird way, poultry farming.Too much unnecessary hussle. Anyway, pigeons are eaten as squabs when they are one (1) month old. Feeding them for 3 months is a way to go bankrupt.

I feel sorry 😔 for pigeons because I had around 30 pigeons as pets in India people keep pigeons as a hobby we keep them in rooftop and we free them in morning they will come back in evening for eating food they where so adorable 😊 but now my exams have started so I gave all my pigeons to my friend when my exams will finish I will bring them back ❤

в свое время мужик держал чернобурок а кормил голубями.халявный корм был.залезет на школьную крышу наловит мешка 4 ночью или на зернотоке.и норм.все равно эти засранцы бесполезные гадят везде.и у нас их едят многие.толь не городских а где в селе в зернохранилищах ловят

I think, that in 3-4 mos chickens will be much bigger than those harvested pigeons. Just don't see the point to raise such a small birds. Otherwise the farm looks good, clean and efficient.

the taste is completely different. pigeon has very dark meat with a much stronger taste and more stringy meat. the skin is also very delicious and not as fatty as chicken. pigeon doesn't usually have that layer of subcutaneous yellow fat a good free range chicken has. europeans raise squabs, which are pigeons harvested at about 4-6 weeks old, like veal are baby cows, squab is a baby pigeon. they're mostly skin and bones but their meat is more tender. i prefer full sized pigeons deep fried or "swiss sauce" and the stringy flavourful meat.

Pigeon was the #1 poultry consumed in the US right up until industrial chicken farming expanded and took over in the 1920s. That was mostly Passenger Pigeon though. But these Common Pigeons taste pretty good too.

Here in America, we go to the markets and beef, pork, chicken, fish, etc are all over the meat section, but nobody complains. Where did those meats come from? From farms and butcher shops. However, seeing people outside of the USA sacrifice animals for food…and we complain for cruelty, evil, etc. If you are one of those, stop buying meats to feed your family from now on and you’ll see what your family ends up with.

Asian they will eat all parts of the bird, head, neck, skins off the feet, butt, so I guess it's still economical to raise (likely less days and feed) per bird. Seems less fat as well.

@@MaxineWashington Извените я не говорил что у голубе мясо мало это другой человек коментировал так.Я попробовал мясо голубю дикого она очень вкусная на много раз вкуснее чем циплято.Я о другом пысал что китайцы берут за любую работу не думая она принисет ползу или нет но серавно бох вознаграждают на их труд .Вот что у китайцев это правильно ,любое дело если правилно поставит на поток если разумно делат она принисет ползи и прыбил.

Для информации. Птенцы прямо перед опылением считаются деликатесом. Голубь такая же птица как и вся остальная, как и курица, или фазан, или индейка. Просто нам в детстве внушили. что это какое то благородное существо и нам это видеть не привычно. Как то так.

Прекрасно и информативно...кроме финала конечно))) Такое огромное количество голубей завораживат❤. Могу ошибаться но вроде это Кинг, мясная порода голубей, они гиганты по сравнению с обычными городскими голубями. Да мясо вкусное и нежное 🙄...но 🕊❤

Мой отец держал голубей.И когда один голубь прилетел раненным ,отец его зарезал и похоронил.Я была ребенком и плакала целый месяц.Мне от души было жалко птицу,а сейчас увидев это видео мое сердце ❤ разрывается на мелкие кусочки.Жаль до боли...очень жаль.
