You may not realize that you can see this and all Nobel acceptance lectures on the nobel prize dot org site. They are the original videos transferred to KZfaq with thousands of views.

One of my favorite professors during my time at UT in the 90s. I was fortunate to take his class on itinerant electrons and get to know him and his research group members. I will miss his bellowing laughter that would make your day when you heard it.

We will reach the end of this path, disappointed. The path we should have taken will only then become apparent. However our experiences along the way will be required in order to perfect a new pathway.
