She is my role model! I have passion for science, exactly for immunology, gene engineering. She encouraged me by her speech from Nobel Minds. I realized that I don't have to be a daughter of professors and was born in a developed country, I still have an opportunity to study in the top universities and work in a lab with modern facilities. And you too, cuz you're reading a comment for a video like that, not just an entertainment one😊 it means you also interested in, don't you?

Katalin's career story is truly inspiring. The moniker 'Iron Lady' is often conferred to wannabe dictators like Thatcher. In my view its more apt for icons like Katalin.

It's crazy for me how she could've been just without funding and means to continue her research. Academia should really reassess the way it chooses what matters to fund. Not every not-so-good research at a first glance is really not so good...
