when i ever play tabletop dnd im stealing this idea. he was part of a traveling minstrel family. he later learned he had a great talent when it comes to the arcane. he mainly practiced on his own but gleamed what he could form full fledged wizards from time to time. after several years he learned to no only cast spells with his hands but also while dancing with his hips.
