instructor wont always be better, it can depend on account to account and how you build your teammates. also something i don't hear many people mention is that since instructor boosts all party members' EM by 120, that also includes kazuha. this actually does add an additional 4.8% DMG bonus to his poetics of fuubutsu passive which is small but should still be mentioned.

Perfect video but keep in mind that neither xiangling nor other char can snapshot elemental mastery

this is true but also not true. vaporize and melt reactions are the only reactions that can snapshot EM as of the 1.4 update. so no other reactions can snapshot, but vape and melt can. meaning pyronado does in fact snapshot the instructor buff 👍however if you played xiangling in an overload team, she would not snapshot the buff. kinda weird and convoluted, but thats how it works apparently.
