Featuring massive fusion tacos like lobster tacos, brisket tacos, and even classic "American" style tacos, this was a very large food challenge! Cantina 52's base challenge is to eat the whole menu of tacos in 30 minutes in order to get a tshirt prize! I on the other hand decided I would try to double the challenge despite it being an undefeated food challenge, however even doubling the food they would not allow me to increase the time limit for this unbeaten food challenge! Located in Crystal lake (Chicago IL area) This restaurant and bar offered fusion food items, an extensive drink selection and an impressive line up of entertainment! Joel, I've been following your challenges for about 2 years now. And although I could never complete in any of them, I am a foodie. As others have commented, I love how you describe what you are eating and the flavors they bring to the pallet. There have been many of your challenge locations that tempt me to travel there just to try the menu items. No competitions in mind, just good food. In looking through your merchandise, I was surprised to not find a book of your favorite locations. Have you ever considered publishing such a text? I imagine many of those locations would help to sponsor a publication such as this in order to bring in more customers. What you do and can do for these eateries is very much like what Guy Fieri does with Dinners, Drive-ins, and Dives. I think you would find that many of your followers would enjoy trying some of these incredible foods themselves as well. And a publication providing where to find the best selections would be a great gift for friends and family near some of these locations, as well as inspire others who travel a lot to pay a visit if in an area of one. Continue what you do, as we live vicariously through your eating adventures - until then "Stay Hangry"
