One of the very finest guitar players out there and one of the most generous and humble guys. I met Nalle and the VT guys about 10 years ago at a small UK gig where they spent time with me and my son after the gig who’s a VT fan too.

Discovered this song and your band years ago live on Jools Holland in the UK as a teenager and always loved the performance and songwriting as a guitarist. Recently fallen in love with this song again as i shared your music with a friend and was learning this by ear and found this video. Thank you for the tutorial, it is a perfectly crafted song with authentic use of chord voicings for the style of the music - genius

Hi Nalle! This is awsome...how often do you get the chance to learn from the real deal?!! It took me a while since I thought about asking you for some guidance...here it goes: 1. How do you usually deal with your rig to get the huge tone you get, I mean, apart from the fact that your Lazy J, Fenders (dirty / clean), Leslie and whatnot are awsome to start with, how do you set up your rig (guitar, amp, pedalboard, leslie, ...) in such a way that you're able get by, mainly by using your LP tone and volume knobs. How do you find the sweet spot? How does it usually works during a whole live set? 2. Could you please show us the propper way to play Outside In, especially the intro and solo and particularly the phrasing? Oh and the lyrics by thay! (I tried my best, but sometimes Ty is hard to understand!) Many THANKS Nalle!

Hey , I think it all trial and error you know , to find what fits you best. Lord knows I tried everything under the sun and I’m still working on it 😂 my main think is the treble booster pedal , it’s tons of them out there to pick from. I use a Lazy J Cruiser that is always on and then I set amps after how it feels . That way you can use the volume on your guitar to control the power and overdrive . At least in my world 😃
