Actually, they don't have a special language the people who give medicine just reads first or first 2 letters and last letter and just guess the medicine because of this 250,000 people die every year in usa because of medical errors

My physics teacher writes like this... sometimes even he doesn't recognise his own handwriting... We call him 'a teacher who was supposed to be a doctor', when he didn't really studied biology after 10th grade... We actually once asked him why he wrote like that and he replied with, "It's easier because it takes less time, and it helps when you don't know how to spell a word."
