According to Sister Lucia's dairy. Jacinta grew very sad over telling the secret later on. Of course Mary, the Mother of God and man knew Jacienta would tell. What 8 year old wouldn't tell their own mother about something so beautiful. She (Jacienta) also lamented that her own parents did believe her story and weren't like Lucia's parents who didn't believe her so she could suffer more for sinners.

Has anyone else noticed this mistake. When the daughter opens the door, she says Aunt Olivia when Jacinta's mother walks in the house. Francisco and Jacinta's mother was actually named Olympia Marto. It's a small mistake, hardly noticeable but I noticed it. I still totally love this film though. Olympia Marto was the sister of Lucia's father.

The part where the Administrator had Father Ferriera arrested made me upset. Bit he did release Father Ferreira, so that is one thing good he did.

Just like my own mom, she don't believe evil exists, much less that her own baby boy was the target of a spiritual attack. I didn't see our mother, but I've seen the enemy and they tremble and fear our mother and father.
