5:00 Mr_Vudoo proposes a move to ko 100% Luffy but Noel prefers to summon a random Sabo hoping to draw a Blaze to pop Luffy. I don't understand the meaning of this move, I think Mr_Vudoo' s move was better and it would have resolved the luffy' s problem without gabling with Sabo.

I'd love to know too, seeing that there were approx 25 cards left in deck, with 3 Hound Blaze yet to be drawn (approx 1/4 chance of drawing one from Sabo). My thought is - if he didn't draw the Hound Blaze, I think +don to leader for 6k and play Rebecca to cheat Tashigi and pick Lucci to play next turn would have been a fine play as well. This sets up for up to 12 cost worth of reduction for next turn for the cost of 1 don (Ice Age) which enables a Lucci to kill Luffy + up to any 5c minion the opponent plays next turn. As the opponent will only have 6 don that turn, the highest cost minion they can play is a 5c (as they typically do not run any 6c) which is perfect for Lucci to pop. Therefore, while I think Noel's decision had huge upside potential (he was able to do 3 6k attacks that turn because he drew HB), even if HB wasn't drawn, the alternative play mentioned above would still enable a complete boardwipe next turn.

@@Slovenlynight Yes but if your idea is to set up the board for the next turn, why don’t you just summon rebecca, add lucci and then summon Sabo? Summoning sabo before rebecca has no sense

@@youngweapons2023 I think Noel aimed to get HB with Sabo knowing that even if he weren't lucky, he would still have a viable play in Rebecca. If he had summoned Rebecca first, he wouldn't have the don to HB from Sabo. Sabo first enables him to draw cards before he decides what to do with the rest of his don.
