This is why I chose to love a primitive life style. For years of actual real life knowledge is worth more then how to find the square root of 65. The knowledge to survive off the earth is more valuable then anything along side knowledge of the creator. U can be dead poor but if u know how to primitively survive u could live like any rich man for anything u need u can create in abundance. If I have children one day if I teach then anything it will atleast be the skills of the earth. For what ever path they choose they will always have this knowledge wether they just want to weave baskets or carve or flint to sell for extra change, it's truly the most important things we are forced to forget by modern day teachings. People are no longer self reliant. We rely on someone for everything and god help us something were to happen nearly 90percent of the population will be completely lost and unable to survive without someone feeding or supplying them. Sad part is everyone sees an appocolyptic event as ppl killing one another stealing, looting, sining, ect. Why? Because no one can survive dependent upon themselves unless it involves stealing for someone else. If something happend and we all were self reliant if just be another day without the luxury of cable tv and power but life would go on peacefully. Rather them the world collapsing because we are 100percent reliant on the government to approve and supply us with running water and stocked food. It's truly enslaveing the people in modern time. We are stripy of knowledge that means everything out of this creation of society and everything we are forced to learn is only useful in this vision on society.

Its apparent that there was no one to show you proper English

@@jewishcoupon I didn't have a problem understanding him. Maybe he's dyslexic or English isn't his first language. So instead of disrespecting people, keep it to yourself! I was five before I learned to speak English. I have a college education and still have a few problems. And I am dyslexic! I was raised on a small Reservation in the state of Oregon. Turn your gaze upon yourself before you criticize another. No one is perfect except perhaps you.

I love hearing what you have to tell. I wish I dared to ask more often as a child how things were done, and I wish I would have been better guided. I would love to learn stuff like this and I can't wait to practice. :)

Great video. We have to get our kids noses out of their electronic devices. So much wisdom and knowledge is being lost.

It would be awesome to learn from a guy like this. It seems like I'm a misfit in this modern society the couple of friends I have all they want to do is play video games and gossip, and joke to me that I'm a mountain man cause I'm the one that always want to go walk in the woods or go fishing. After I learn a little more about plants and trapping and curing food I'm going to run out to the woods for a couple of yrs and truly learn to live. Love the videos by the way
