This build still has plenty of strength going by the armor and mace she still have, so I say it’s more of a Cleric build, which is a balance of Strength and Faith for a buff priestess.

Funnily enough, this new armor actually more metal in it than her previous one: compared to her old one, her new outfit has one more pauldron on the right shoulder, and her entire lower torso and more of her breasts are covered in metal now.

Looks like an optional Souls game boss: Normally you meet the kindly sister as a minor quest NPC in some mildly plot-relevant area.
