I just finished reviewing Noevsbig's articulating magnifying lamp and they very generously sent me their magnetic soldering helping hands so let's take a look at what your ~$80 gets you. It's got four long flexible arms with clips, four pcb holders, an led magnifying lens, an adjustable tool arm, a mini vise and a very sturdy solid anodized metal base. It's a bit of an investment but I think in the long run it'll more than pay for itself in terms of the time it'll save me in workpiece holding. What is your favorite soldering helping tool?
