11:27 don’t get it twisted, Jamal works his ass offf. Off the field away from camp he’s always working. He is a great player we saw nothing to what he is really capable of. I’m looking for jamal to be one of our best backs I’d say 4.2 yards a carry this year. Let’s get it.

Not drinking the koolaid this year until I see the product on the field. I’m definitely excited about the changes, but I overestimated the Saints this time last year and was highly disappointed. Some people in these comments are screaming Superbowl, that’s wild af. I’m not even thinking playoffs, I think we could be a playoff team. The OLine is the heart of the offense so that scares the crap out of me. I will remain cautiously optimistic, and if the stars align I’ll be happy with a playoff run, but I’m not betting on it.

If kubiak goes off this year I hope we don’t lose him. I’d want him to have a chance at our next HC if he’s really good and we move on from DA

If we can get da focused on the dline we can win a Super Bowl. Everyone forgets what he did in 09 and that he does hold the one and only ring we have. I know y’all hate him so what. Get over it. He is getting it together. But i don’t give a shit who coaching if he can get these boys winning let’s go. The best defensive mind In the game. All of the analytics say so.

It’s also funny because like… the defense was phenomenal last year. It was the putrid offense that killed us. And we’ve completely overhauled the system and scheme. I’m not expecting more than 8 wins, but let’s give it a shot

@@BigToona96 Not fully, yeah we had some issues on offense early on, true, but we had some issues on defense as well. In some aspects our defense was great but we have addressed our weaknesses in defense this year. So if that works out and the offense can come in like the end of last year we can be quite the force in the league

I think you need to do some more research before you worry so much, we’re installing a system that brings the contact to the defense not a system that reacts. We’ve got some good veterans in free agency that can play key depth, and sophomore nick is taking reps with the first team which is a good sign. Plus a whole new coach in Benton. Accountability is used more. Eric looks excited, fuaga will be a beast. Penning has always been a good run blocker, and you have to consider the fact he’s getting a full healthy offseason for the first time. We’ve got passion with vet Lucas Patrick who took over 600 pass blocking snaps giving up only 2 sacks at center and gaurd. Yes you can question this oline right now but it has the potential and it could be a really great oline.

@@BigeazybelievingI like the Lucas Patrick pick up. He’s got that leadership/team first quality about him. Hopefully he takes to his new team and carves out a role.

⁠@@rex2837absolutely, another difference maker is the fact our division nor the rest of the schedule, has mountains of film on our offensive scheme. We were so predictable and still have a fight. The newness factor makes a huge difference going into a game. If this oline buys in and fights for one another they could be pretty damn solid.

@@Bigeazybelieving yep. The success will fall on the teams ability to run the ball. If they can’t run the ball and try and force it, we’ll see a lot of 3rd and longs. Resulting in more 3 and outs. So in this offseason they must be able to at least run the ball when the defense expects it. Getting to 3rd and 4 or less will be critical to sustaining drives.

Is it fair to say Kubiak is completely in charge of the offense, or is Dennis Allen having some involvement at some level?

I’m pretty sure he brought in kubiak specifically so he doesn’t have anything to do with the offense. And kubiak brought in his guys that will run the offense. D. A is the defense period.

As head coach he's probably at least doing some looking at the offensive side. I don't know what his actual involvement on offense is though.

“A coach like Dennis Allen, who people have preconceived notions on. Either he’s in over his head, or he’s not meant to be a head coach, or whatever. It’s like, you know, here’s what he did for like, you know, 2 hours straight today. And like, you know, he’s like you know what I mean, like, the choreography as you pointed out was what stood to me.” Another gem by Triplett. Welp, I’m convinced, boys. We winning the conference. “The man won 9 games.” Yea he did, Nick. With the easiest schedule in the history of the league…. That got even easier as the season went along due to opponents’ injuries (particularly at the QB position). You can spin it ‘til you’re blue the face… shoulda won 11 games last season at minimum. 9 wins and letting the Bucs win the division (again) was a catastrophic disappointment considering the schedule and the investment the org made in Carr.

These clowns are no different than many of the other pathetic fans hyping the rookie. The rookie don’t throw an interception for the first OTA opened to the media and all of a sudden he played better than Jake even though their numbers were almost identical this OTA and Jake has ZERO INTERCEPTIONS and Rattlet has three in three OTAs. SMH.

Well the media isn’t at every practice. We only know what the media shares from practice. Derek will be our qb. Why can’t people be excited for a rook. A future possible big deal for us, I don’t understand why your so upset with people’s opinions on a young qb. Just like the haters on carr. Who cares, the players don’t. It’s awesome to be excited about the future of our qb room. Wether it be Jake or Spence what’s the big deal?!

Y'all are puttin some bright red lipstick and glitter and some fingernail polish on DA's head coaching ability all of a sudden because he won 9 games!?.. have you forgotten that he is one of the worst head coaches in the history of the NFL.. he's one of the best DC's in the game.. I just don't think the head coach fairy is going to turn him into a successful head coach.. as long as he stays with the defense and leaves Kubiak alone we can be successful, but it won't be because Dennis Allen is our head coach

Nobody looks at the whole career, only what the last two seasons matter. He went 7-9 with the worst o coordinator and a ton of injuries first year then with statistically the worst o coordinator in the league by a mile improved by two wins and honestly if the team didn't go flat when Carr was hurt against GB they would've won ten and won the division. I'm not saying he's a world beater of a HC but not nearly as bad as ppl make it out to be
