An extra thing I think we can learn from Indian food traditions when it comes to nofap is a lesson I myself yesterday had to learn the hard way and that is that for at least the first 90 days avoid spicy foods and possibly even Onions and Garlic. Sounds like a weird restriction but spicy stuff irritates the pelvic floor and the prostate, and the spicer the food is the freakier the desires can get. I think every man that buys a Habanero at the store should have to sign a pepper that says ''I have done 90 days of Nofap and if did the deed at all it was with my Wife.

I totally agree with this list. I'd also like to add a few others: - Use a good porn filter - Keep devices out of the bedroom and bathroom (those are usually the places you fap) - Disable the internet between the hours of 11pm - 7am (Blackout period) - Discover your EMOTIONAL WHY for quitting porn. (Why do you really want to quit?) - Prolonged Water Fasting & Intermittent Fasting - Find or Decide on a Purpose or Goal that Inspires You and work on it - Frequent Physical Execise - Daily Meditation - Positive Self-Talk - Creative Visualization - Socialize with real women These helped me. These sound familiar Scandinavian Bob? :)

3 years, 2 months, 2 days... it's mostly about discipline...we have to live in small tight 2 or 3 hour slots always doing something. My day starts at 5:30AM I head out for a walk (5miles/8km), I come back have breakfast, shower, work, lunch, maybe a nap or work, snack, some more work, back in bed at 10:30PM to repeat this each day. I don´t watch TV either. Only productive or cultural videos on KZfaq.

1 Really really good method I used which helped was look at a really provacative image and just think to yourself, 'why does it make me horny'. Analyze it. Think about what you would feel if you ended your streak rn. If you do that it really helps because it helps you slow down and not jump to google but also it helps you not to get heavy urges when you see similar images again
