Been playing bass professionally for over 28 years, and I have to give props to you for amazing execution of this cover. Playing one of Fat Mike's most intricate bass riffs that well isn't easy.

Im the guy that was trying to get my bass guy to respect punk. I got him to listen to rancid 'holiday sunrise' and i showed him your op iv 'bombshell' and nofx 'we threw gasoline...' ... fingers crossed he comes around. He just thinks punk is beneath him.

Nice one man!! Yeh it was a weird one to play at first but once you get the hang of circle picking and starting with a upstroke it all makes sense 👍

Sounds great mate! Wierd question, what do you call that picking technique for the main riff? I just can't seem to figure out how it's done :P

It's called circle picking, there's vids online where fat mike actually shows you how it's done :) If you get stuck I might fire up a tutorial at some point. 👍
