It's not a one to one comprasion to the main game but if you don't have a million hours to play it's a good way to brush up on the basics of player encounters.

You will learn the bare bones with arena.

Yeah like general said. If you start on tarkov, get the feel, then go in arena and learn to swing corners and get a feel for the mechanics, it's helpful. But the best practice you'll get is running mid tier kits and high tier kits and fighting to survive. Don't get impatient and only make moves that make sense. Sometimes pushing a 2 man up a set of stairs isn't it. Unfortunately your odds are low so you either risk it, nade and push or you wait / bait

probably cause he doesnt need more than 2 he just repacks mid fight and having only 1 spare mag can save time repacking since you got less idk just guessing

Man, I have 1000 hours and just cannot understand how you can sprint around all the time and hear things. I struggle with knowing when to sprint and want to listen. obviously I don’t have the map knowledge you do so that doesn’t help
