It's not the first time spain broke the rules and ruined twitch rivals. They did it during the Rust twitch rivals and started to bitch after they broke the rules and decided to dip on finals day or like mid way through the thing i cant remember which one.

from what i can tell, if the rules did state that there shouldn't be speedrunners/pro level players then Brian's team really did get cheated, a lot of what they were describing is really advanced stuff that was being pulled off compared to what normal players would/could do. the bunny hopping through the shortcut without needing a mushroom is an example. it was a good battle on both sides and the tournament was fun to watch even though they lost but sketchy or possibly cheated losses suck and are what i can't stand

Twitch rivals has always been like this. RussianBadger was talking about the Rainbow six tournaments years ago that they put a team of casuals against teams with high ranked former esports players and former champions, because its okay since they "retired"

Oh, 100%. It should’ve been an immediate giveaway that they were pros because they all had the same “ESP” tag in their name. I know its just a charity stream, but if people aren’t gonna follow the rules and those same rules are not being enforced, why are they even there?

@@bwenzel8525 I agree that rules has to be respected. But Come on... your argument... ESP stands for ESPaña = Spain in Spanish. The french team did the same on their tag name and there were no pros in this team. That's not weird for an international competition.

Brian does tend to deflect blame, although in this scenario I get where he’s coming from in the sense that Nogla makes the whole experience worse by being loud and obnoxious throughout the whole thing. Nogla might not have affected the outcome as much as Brian makes it seem but I can see how frustrating he could be to deal with in a competitive setting

@@invertedghostgames9899 dry bowser might be faster, but Waluigi has better handling, acceleration, and I think mini boosts as well. Which altogether makes him faster since he can take corners tighter, recover from hits faster, and utilize boosts better.

@@bwenzel8525 as far as i'm aware, at least one of them wasn't even a pro. one of them is just a famous spanish youtuber called elrubiusOMG, which their team was named after/had as the leader. he's no e-sports gamer, so i doubt the rest of the team was e-sports

By heritage Napoleon was 100% Northwestern Italian. His Carlo Buonaparte was Genoese and his Mother Letizia Ramolino was Piedmontese.

Just like my heritage is German, Irish, Polish, Italian & Dutch, however, that doesn't make me a citizen of those countries & Napoleon is most well known for being the military & political leader of France.

I cam honestly say that Brian, Nogla, Strippin, Daniel, Lucy & Cale were a solid team imo. Sure, they got 4th overall but they tried their *dayum fucking best* against the sweatiest of the sweatiest. Also, that Napoleon joke by Nogla is in the Top 5 Nogla moments if I've seen one.

What's completely new to me is the fact that I've never been as pissed off as I was when I was watching this stream. I was ranting for HOURS after it ended. I'm fuming even when I remember what those spanish tOtAllY-NoT-pRO players did. Thank god I'm not a fan of any sport, otherwise the heads would've rolled down the streets, like it happens after any football game (normal people's football, not the american one), lol
