Hello Person.
After Outer Edges we were trying to find a new direction for Noisia. This resulted in an extensive journey that took us through a lot of new ideas and music.
Although we eventually decided to stop, we are proud of the things we made along the way, and these tunes were always meant to be part of a larger whole. So before we finally close the book on Noisia, we wanted to share them with you, on one last album. Previously released or newly finished, they all represent directions we enjoyed exploring.
In the end, we didn’t manage to figure things out. But we did get closer.

It is pretty clear that they split up because of creative differences. Maybe a better way to put is that they want to explore sounds and genres which do not allign with each other. They already have side projects going for a couple of years (sleepnet for example) which really lead in different directions. They are departuring from their planet so to speak

yeah and they are obviously still really into pushing new sounds and running their label - but I think they lost interest in making "Noisia" music, or at least some of them did. I'd say since about the time they did "Incessant" they started to be less interested in making heavy music for the fans.

I got some ideas bases on the last show. Too much alcohol for some. (addiction is a pain, but not only for the one suffering from it) The impossibility to share light for some (mostly always the same actually). And,friendship, especially when it's just a one way street, can be eroded too. Cause yep creativity differences, that's just the politically correct way to say : they are fed up from the situation. It's only my take on it, there are certainly other things to explain it all. I mean, we hear that for years now. It's the longest "goodbyes" I've ever seen.
