Murder someone and you are in the juvenile hall eating whatever you want, playing PlayStation all day and smoking weed openly in the dayroom, and having whatever food you want plus cell phones. He said it's just like being out free, except there are no girls. The staff there has been telling this story but no one listens. The new laws make it a continuous party time in LA County Juvenile Hall. This is why there is no remorse. Why would there be? He literally told you he had a great time in there!
