Worst Experience 1. Tamil typing error 2.Not like older nokia UI 3.Bad customer care experience customer care person not able to understand tamil then how can able to understand problem in Tamil typing 4.Flash light on, off takes too much time for it needs to press long time not having double press on off like older one. 5.Contact name not displaying perfectly in incoming call 6.No Airtel VoLte support even after updated 7.Phone lock and unlock not like older models 8. No VI VoLte 9. You can save same number multiple times it not showing as already saved 10. Searching contact in tamil is tedious if you search one it shows another one.

Quality is good like regular Nokia phones. No hanging issue. Unable to use internet as it is very slow eventhough 4G is supported.
