Nokia Tune Evolution
The Nokia Tune is derived from a portion of the song "Grande Valse". It made its debut in Nokia advertising in 1992 and in Nokia phones in 1994. Over the years it has gone through many changes as technology has evolved.

0:45 is the one I'm most nostalgic about. My dad had a Nokia for the longest time and this was the ringtone. He didn't switch to a smartphone until, like, 2015-2016. I'm just reminded of a much simpler time in my life. Now I'm an adult, in college, and have my own apartment, and I would do anything to experience my childhood just one last time... This one's definitely doing something for me. 0:17 (the 3210) was my mother's phone 0:41 (the 3650) was the first phone gifted to me tail-end high school, and it lasted me most of college til it was stolen. 1:00 (the 6280) was a hand-me down from my father and what I used during my 1st-2nd year working. My family switched to other brand since, but I do think the 3210 and 6280 are still with us and can still work if charged. As a final bonus, I just like the ones from 1:13 onwards since they finally sound like the original one from Tarrega's Grand Vals

man Nokia was my favorite, their durability is beyond compare! the nokia lumia 630, my father used it when I was in 9th standard. It was working for 7 years, then the power button failed and I kept it in a safe place 2 years later my brother made it work, by placing the battery again and it turns out the button issue has been solved!

I remember the Symbian OS in the Nokia C3-00. My father had one in 2011 and I always used to play a demo video that i couldn't find yet. The demo video was about a cgi shot of steel balls on a desk then the camera would pass by the office and finally shot at a window with skyscrapers in the background. I wish i could see that video one last time

Fun fact about the Nokia Tune ringtone it originally was called Grande Valse and since it was the most commonly used Nokia ringtone and nobody knew the actual name of it so Nokia decided to brand that ringtone as their own and renamed it Nokia Tune I actually programmed a few different versions of this ringtone onto my iPhone as ringtone options but I opted to use the original “Grande Valse” name because I liked that name better than “Nokia Tune”

The actual riff comes from a guitar piece: Gran Vals by Francisco Tárrega, so I think it's most fitting for it to be guitar. Might be interesting to listen to if you can spare 3 minutes or so.

Oh, I remember my 1st Nokia I ever saw. It was my aunts phone (uncolored) and I remember when I played snake there and when someone called, heard this ringtone. Gives me a lot of good memories. After I found someone's Nokia in 2011 in my ground, and in took it to me. It was colored and their ringtones, games in nowadays give me memories of that year. And after on school, I played in their Nokia Bounce Tales (legendary game). In my country, Nokia was very rich phone, morer than Samsung...

Surprisingly, there was a time when Android smartphones were recently appearing. Concerning this Nokia phone, you couldn't even play KZfaq videos, but this phone was still good because you could play Java games, I remember that these games were very cool and interesting (I had a huge amount of these games), despite their pixel graphics and simplicity. It's a pity that Nokia has become a conveyor belt of very unproductive and ordinary smartphones, but it's a miracle that the company is still alive. Thanks for the quality video and all the best!

I'm using my first Nokia ever, just got it new yesterday. It's the G400 5G. It works pretty well and I love it already. I have set the ringtone to the Nokia Tune since I like it and of course, it's very well known. At 3:21 is the exact ringtone.

I had a Nokia when I was in middle school, handed down from my brother and it withstood being covered in snow and ran over by my dad's truck (my brother ended up getting a new phone I think when that happened as we couldn't find it until spring). The ringtone in 0:14 might've been the one that phone had, he got it somewhere in the mid 2000s. It was my very first cell phone and I had a little fun composing my own ringtone and playing snake on that thing.
