Good video, Steve. How about one showing how the bottlecap reject works? It would be cool to see what if anything you lose in terms of good targets when you up the bottlecap reject. Bill

I’m not sure if it’s because I have 10 years on my old AT-Pro but I definitely prefer an elliptical coil over a round one. I have the LG30 and the LG24 on the way for my beloved Legend. I found an 1899 Barber Dime this weekend and I haven’t even updated to 1.11. I don’t have a computer so I’m stuck with 1.05 until I can update with a friends computer.

It looks like you're in Field, not Beach. Did you check to see if the VDI's are the same? I know the gold rings & coins all match what I know the VDI's are on the beach.

That’s good information to know about the bottle caps being very inconsistent when targeted from the bottom up and then side to side! But I’m interested though, do you use the bottle cap discriminator function on the legend?

I have not yet. I don’t like trying to manipulate the incoming signal because you can change other signals.

Deus 2 is lighter but they are similar in most other ways.

Gigmaster, Idea, make an Ocean Test Bed! Will the TID change? Gold ring depth test. Best single frequency, multi-frequency? If you use real seawater, sterilize it with something, or it may start to smell. Maybe use rubbing alcohol? DIY Basic Sea Water, 3.5% Salinity: 35 g (1.2 oz) of kosher salt or table salt. 965 g (34.0 oz) of tap water. About 4.5 ounces (127.573 grams) of kosher salt, per gallon (3.78 L, 8 pounds) of tap water. Kosher salt produces a less cloudy seawater mixture. Container length ~3.3X the coil diameter. Tks & HH
