I got scammed!!! Who is suing him now? I would love joining a class action suit against the Nomad Scammer. Please HELP!!!

I spoke to a lawyer that he wanted to work with but refused (due to ethics reasons) he makes the lawyers charge 20% more than the usual which he gets a kick back (20%) on top of $45k consultation fee the commission on the passports (that can be 10-20%). The Lawyer also said for each layer he was getting kickbacks (not disclosing them). So, on a new passport case he could make $100+ and clients would pay a premium (a very high premium to arguably getting ripped off).

Andrew Henderson is just a good marketer. I heard his actual services are largely overrated and overpriced.

I was suspicious of his "we help 7 and 8 figure clients go where they're treated best" opening line on his videos then he tells you how to save 100 bucks on your food bills, and don't understand how he attracts such huge names to his conferences, puzzling

I've always wondered why he spends so much time on KZfaq. Most 7 and 8 figure entrepreneurs are too busy to watch KZfaq.

I was scammed too. My deal fell through that was necessary for me to use their service, which I informed them of, and they wouldn't even partial refund me even though all they did was the discovery meeting.

I heard him say, on one of his recent videos that he'd been to Ireland "a gazillion times". That was a red flag for me.

Henderson is a great marketeer. He understands the offshore consultancy industry doesn’t have strong recognisable brands, so that’s his strategy: to become the most well known offshore consultancy brand by spamming KZfaq with lots of videos. I realised he was a scammer after seeing a huge amount of fake reviews in trustpilot (what a coincidence, all reviewers never created any other reviews on trustpilot except one stellar one for nomadcapitalist lol) & seeing the slightly sleazy women he’s trying to show off in his videos as his staff (last year noticeably). Also, his firms replies to the two very negative comments were also very fake. Let’s face it: why would you take advice from this guy? Does he have a degree in investing, tax or accountancy? Nope…so don’t take advice from this fraudster.

went to his event last year for networking because I don't know other people who did what I did. there were no happy customers to give testimonial, mainly people angry about trump losing. But it was packed full and I did make a few contacts. Got the proposal out of curiosity but its pay up front no guarantees, misspellings in it and I don't needed it since I'm experienced. The event was poorly organized but the former president of Georgia came lots of good speakers but no real value. There is allot of demand for this need someone honest to create a community where experienced people can network and collaborate and real resources can make connections with that community

Watching huckster Andrew’s videos in the past, and I knew he wasn’t legit. I noticed that the information he giving was oftentimes incorrect or significantly dated. And I swear I’ve heard him say that he cannot go back to the US.

CANNOT go back to the United States and NOT WANTING to go back to the United States are perhaps 2 different things. Andrew has stated numerous times that he would need a visa to return but he figures it is not worth the effort for him since the United States doesn't have enough to offer.

As we all appreciate the underlying subject matter..Mr. henderson lost me with his most feminine hand motions👋 and his constant reminder that he only works with 8 and 9 figure earners.🤣

I've never met Andrew in person but I have been following him since 2008, bought his book two years ago (really boring, it's a compilation of anecdotes, not a preparation to be an offshore citizen at all). I think NOONE can advise properly on taxes, immigration and relocation to more than one or two countries. Law and regulations are changing very fast, every day there's something new... regardless of the size of the country. Local immigration agents have the knowledge and contacts. I ahve been around over the last 4 years, relocated to Malaysia, Indonesia and Turkey without seeking services from a boutique consultancy based in ..... Belgrade, Serbia. it is very difficult for me that such a small "boutique" business can handle so many countries. Andrew is quite knowledgeable and passionate about his topic but I am not sure if it entitles him to provide advice and services to prospective ex-pats. I guess the character that Andrew represents: blond, American, white mid-30, wearing posh clothes in well-designed flats is what attracts his clients who in most cases don't want to be dealing with local companies (in some countries it's very hard to find the right and HONEST immigration/ tax consultant) ... Andrew seems to be "subscribed" to a few countries like Colombia, Malaysia, Georgia, Serbia and Montenegro to name a few... not really exploring the world and what else can be done in less known countries ... out of his radar....

Hi, I'm glad your putting this information out there. Nomad Capitalist makes things sound simple ( ha ha ). His recent video on Malaysia's 20 Year Visa is very misleading. His off the cuff numbers don't specify all the huge application fee costs. I would be very suspicious of dealing with his company.

Thanks for pointing this out, but 3 bad reviews of not delivered or bad service, does that make a scam? I would not buy his service though. I illegally downloaded his book and that was RUBBISH and made me doubt if he had anything to offer. If you have plenty of good advice, it will spill over. You don't need to hold your cards to your chest and not spill any information. It might explain the odd feeling I have with andrew.

There's an old saying- if it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then it probably is a duck. I'm still not 100% certain but I am certainly swayed.

I'm to cheap so I look low to moderate income American expat vloggers to share their experience on how to cope in today's countries they reside in.

This is pretty interesting, it only proves that if you find something intresting, you should duble check the info you get, and second see if you can the residency/Passport or golden visa by yourself. I know a giy he helped getting a 20 year Thai Elite Visa for a hefty sum, and by that i mean that he could have gotten that visa without using his firm. So he paid about half more that needed to get that visa, and it is a very easy process. So it's not directly illegal be it is certainly within the grey zone of the law with this hefty commission for so little work.

I always do research on such companies before taking the bait. More than once, I've gotten things forwarded to me from friends that was completely a scam. I did the research and informed them that it was a scam. It's amazing how many people trust things without any proof. In church growing up they told us we had to have blind faith. Well, maybe that's why a lot of people walking around are clueless. I don't have blind faith. I'm like you.. I do my research.

I like Andrew's videos I think they are great food for thought. Also, the part where you claim he praises dictators is largely false. With the exception of the UAE, Serbia, and Turkey I can't think of any country he talks about that is a dictatorship/ strongman lead. If you have an issue with his UAE stance, then you have an issue with a large number of celebrities. This isn't to say I would ever pay for his services if you do that's on you. If you really want to move somewhere spending at most a week googling around for lawyers isn't that hard.

If a US Citizens owes on taxes, can't their Passport be canceled? I wonder how can the taxes be collected with someone who has multiple Passports? I know about the about the FBAR etc. However, not all Countries participate in it. It's like 112 Countries. Which leaves just as many that don't report to the US. I met a guy (back in 2014). He told me he changed his place of birth. It was done on a "3rd world" Passport. I'd imagine this would be an advantage.

From the perspective of a *very small* business owner, what I care for is human rights per my money + how efficient and cost effective is the work with the government for every capita. People who just look to reduce taxes without checking human rights factor will end up unknowingly funding child labor and slavery. It is also the case for high taxes countries. So all factors must be considered

No interest in defending Andrew or his company but you're made some significant leaps in the US stuff, probably best to keep those separate "Why hasn't he been back?" why would he most people go their whole lives without visiting the US, plenty of people don't like it so why go "He would be able to right?" are you not familiar with the difficulties of getting a US visa? It's annoying at best and people get turned down all the time Balance of probabilities, Andrew probably did renounce as he says, whether he paid exit tax or not is questionable though there are often ways to work around that. Probably simply doesn't care to return to the US & isn't worth the trouble As for other stuff, I'll leave that to his clients to comment on
