You won’t believe how much cool stuff I packed into this 25’ shuttle bus! It was built for a lady who uses a walker so I had to keep everything at waste height and allow enough space inside for her walker. I still managed to fit in a full size bed, a power recliner, and a large shower and toilet. Also the lift converts into a sitting desk! Lots of new ideas in this build....and the beautiful live edge slab counters make the space warm and cozy 😊✌🏻

I'm actually paralyzed and in a wheelchair. I've been watching van life videos for a couple years now and I get so sad because I thought it wasnt a possibility for me. Thank you so much for making a bus for someone with disabilities. I've got some hope now that I can live this lifestyle!

I'm Tetraplegic so mine is diaphragm up. I still have use but meh strength in my arms. I've watched soooo many Vanlife videos until I finally decided that I'm going to do it. I am starting off small. My Dodge Grand Caravan has just the right enough space and my wheelchair carrier is already mounted. Since it's a stow and go, the storage is built in, and the back storage is perfect for a lithium batteries and more storage. If your legs are paralyzed, I wonder if you could take out the passenger seat to hold your wheelchair and come up with an outside the box way of getting from the chair to the driver's seat?

Hi, i am nobody in particular but am so glad your mom had this done as i am disabled and have been wondering if this could even be done for someone who needed more room to move around and this proves it can be done! might i ask for a ball park figure on how much it all cost? no need to be exact or if you got a good deal i'd just like a figure to aim for that is all or to see if i need to just keep dreaming! :) i hope your mom enjoys the heck out of it she's living the dream!

As a person who worked with the disabled my entire life, I can assure you that there are tremendous needs in this area. Many families cannot even afford a van with a lift for their child which makes it so difficult for them to go anywhere as a family. They are extremely expensive. Thank you for what you do. Many disabled live on small incomes so tiny homes are greatly needed too!

Great build. It's a shame you do builds for others. You have so much talent to share. Love the desk on the lift but if folks ate going to walk on it..I would poly it like the counter tops to protect the wood for getting trashed. But an awesome idea I will steal if I get that kind of vehicle. My sister wants this or shuttle bus.
@nomadbrad503
@nomadbrad503 3 жыл бұрын
The desk is treated with teak oil. It’s not a hard resin but helps protect from moisture. I’ll definitely think about using poly in the future ✌🏻
