This video covers the prohibited acts and transactions in the government. This can be found in RA 6713 or the "Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees", sections 7, 8, and 9. This is also an additional reviewer for the upcoming Civil Service Examination.

Good pm sir The acceptance of gifts from individuals or organizations by any official or employee of the government is expressly prohibited by ra.no.6713. What would be the justification behind this.

Bullet Jalosjos technically violated this law. Bullet is currently and Dapitan City Mayor and Chief Finance Officer of TAPE Inc. TAPE Inc. is a Private Company. Which that is not allowed.

Depende sa case and depende sa position ng violator. But remember na tanging ang Civil Service Commission lamang ang may primary responsibility for the administration at enforcement ng RA 6713. CSC is considered as HR of our gov't.
