I have been debating on how to build nomu and this seems really good my other thought was nomu with Aoyama support to re flip his flip support like super regen which just seems like it would make him hard to kill

Just ordered all the cards in this to be my 1st deck! Pretty excited to play! Figured Nomu was a fun 1st deck but Bakugo is hopefully going to be my main when I get used to the playing of the game, coming over from MTG and digimon this definitely looks like a fun change!

Nice! If you decide to stick with Nomu, there are a ton of cards from set 2 that you may want to look into. Most notably Hardened Chop, Hellflame Cross Punch, and Manly Friendship.

Some characters like Todoroki are impossible right now to budget until 1 or 2 more sets come out. I have some competitive decks coming too. I only upload what i think is worthy enough, so most time is spent optimizing the lists.

Lets GOOOOOOO! hardened chop is a great Rare. Kirishima kit and character is so good.

I had a similar list. Not as many Kirishima cards though. Only issue I had is if your opponent slows down your attacks you can't do damage as they will just block everything.

Are you allowed to play 2 different "Summon Dark Shadow" on the same attack or is it required that you must perform the enhance???

Once you run out of a deck you shuffle your discard and remove the top 10, and whats left is your new deck. If you cannot remove 10 then your character is exhausted and you lose the fight.

Random comment but I love how you shuffle. I taught myself how to shuffle like that practicing with my Pokemon cards back when I was 10 and have been doing it for over 20 years now. It s hilarious when I play Yu-Gi-Oh cause it tilts people when I do that with a $600 deck. I can even do that with 100 card Commander decks when playing Magic and no one understands how I'm able to, lol.

Big same! I went to a card shop when i was younger and played all the ccgs. I hung out with a group of ppl who played Raw Deal and i saw them shuffle like that, so i taught myself. And yeah, in my eyes, cards were meant to be played with, Ive shuffled some big money decks in my time. But i also dont trade cards so it doesnt affect anyone else. XD

@@Shaneth21 I also played Raw Deal! Funny story, sadly a lot of my old stuff from that game got stolen and sold around 2010, but I actually recognized my stuff at a local game shop because of the slight curve to the top right corner from how I shuffled, lol. Store owner said that wasn't proof enough but it's whatever at this point.

I pulled a Pummel do you feel like it would be a good 1 of attack that just deals loads of damage in one attack kind of like a U-Move

Hardened Pummel is a great sideboard card for decks that are heavy on actions. It also keeps your rival from blocking with actions. So its very strong in some matchups.

So I jus started playing, and have a question about enhances, Do you get to play the Nomu "Enhance: Your non-Throw attack gets a damage bonus equal to its printed difficulty." Every attack, or are you just limited to once per combat? My wife and I are trying to figure that out. Do we get to play the same enhances each attack or just once per combat?

I played a very similar deck but found o only had two attacks at most and attacks were blocked every time. Have you played this against live opponents? I will say that I mostly played against 7 hand size characters.

Ok maybe a dumb question but if you attempt to block with nomu and you fail can you then use the response since it's not blocked or no cause you attempted the block

The attack sequence is: Enhance Step, Block Step, Damage Step. If you play a block (during the block step) and you happen to check bad and don't want to or cannot pass the block, then you fail the block and respond Nomu (during the Damage Step) and only take 6.

Is 51 deck with that many attack normal? I still have an old ufs mind set of 20 atk 40 foundation as a baseline.

As a baseline yes about 33% of your deck should be attacks but Nomu is a true 5 hander and needs to draw attacks. And the attacks replenish your foundations so you can keep going in, so its not like checking 3s is too bothersome.

Deck changes a bit, most is the same but we now play 4x future charge and have foundations like Celebrity Status

I think its a good card but i do not play it since i am playing 3 difficulty Coordinated Effort and i dont want to check a 2 on my build turn. 5 handsize needs to comfortably build foundations to stay in the fight.

@@Shaneth21 thanks! A friend of mine wants to play MHA vs Older set as Street Fighter. But as there several changes with MHA we are not sure if it is going to be balance. Do you think is worth it? Or there are too much differences in desing to play it this way?

@@raulmunoz7423 MHA is the most supported right now. Game is in Walmart, Target, Gamestop. They have big tournaments capped out every month. Seems worth it to get into.
