3 months on sober, supper happy. I have to say that, reading your book was one of the strongest pillars in this process, I've never put so much attention in into a book like urs. So I have been drinking non alcoholic beer, like my reward thing, or in social gatherings, it does the trick quite well for me, maybe it's because I do like the taste of beer. But it's been fine, hasn't triggerd the monster🙏🙏. But it's such a crazy process, to go sober, it's like being reborn again, and truely discovering ur true self. I do drink non alcoholic beer. I think it's enjoyable while cut back on alcohol.

It is suitable when you can see it as a soda replacement, not an alcohol replacement. For some this switch will never be flipped.

After getting some NA beers, I realized there’s something enjoyable about drinking from a cold glass bottle...the glass uniformly chills the beverage....maybe getting some craft root beers or soda in bottles would be satisfying

I'm never going back to drinking but have been toying with the idea of starting to drink NA beer. for me I just miss the feeling of drinking but have no desire to get drunk anymore. still on the fence after this video but thanks for touching on this any follow up on this subject would be a great help. thanks

I do drink alcohol free beer, and smoked a pipe without inhaling for a year, just keep it zero point zero zero percent don’t do 2,5 percent... once quitting smoking I only smoked the pipe without inhaling cause other people’s smokes started to stink... Than I smoked one cigarette of my girl and than within a couple of weeks I was back on heavy hand rolling tobacco... But a couple of years ago I started using tobacco without any additives like american spirit and pueblo tobacco and than got to the while using tabex ( varenciline) but couldn’t stand the side effects so than an e-cig so than it cleared up until my ma took my e-liquid away cause she would help so back to normal tobacco and now I try to grow my own next season and only role cigars and not inhale... Ginger beer AF is the best. There is a diffrence between non alcohol and cero alcohol. Its about your feelings and your thinking whether you choose it or not, everyone is different. But there's always alcohol in a beer. ALWAYS

I'm almost 5 months alcohol free and have no cravings for alcohol. I see no reason to drink NA beverages that are dressed up as alcohol beverages. I'm okay with ginger beer but other than that, I'll do tea, sparking water, non sugary juices or even ginger ale. I also don't appreciate the price. You may be sober but you can't save money buy those expensive NA beverages.

Completely agree. Drinking the non-alcoholic substitute is acknowledging you are craving and the wee monster starts to wake up ! You have to be really sure you are not doing it for the craving or to find a substitute. And that is difficult

Somebody just said to me "If you're looking for a substitute then you may as well have the real thing"
