You all, I went back and watch the MV with Captions on and its more raw and dark than I was thinking. And I cried again. I listen to the whole album today. This is the best song still and maybe top 3 of any BTS member. Thank you again for recommending I go back and listen to it, I don't know if I would have had the same reactions if I listen to it under different circumstances. Now I have a great memory of my experience and its recorded. 💜

Jimin is an organic artist. He does not depend on others, he is hardworking, he writes his own solo songs. Also with choreography. Not depend on western artists and producers to be big. Not lyrics just handed on to him like other artists. Thats why we appreciate more of his art as we saw how serious he is with his masterpieces. But fyi jimin is so loved in the US that America becomes JIMERICA. And theres a saying “once you jim-in you cant jim-out” theres a lot of compilations about it that u might want to watch in your free time. And you will understand why. Also we would love to see you react to INTRODUCTION TO JIMIN 2024. You will see how complete of an artist he is. He has so many titles. “ Rookie’s Bible” , Idol of Idols, Dance King, Brand King, Recruiting Fairy, BTS frontman, Sold Out King, Global IT Boy, King of Kpop etc.

This is my anthem. Jimin is my bias, but when I heard this song for the first time, it hit me so hard too. He is just absolutely amazing and incredibly talented. No one knows how much more he has indide to show us and I can’t wait for MUSE to be released!!!! JIMIN’S discography is diverse cuz he wants to try different genres. His solo works are the most anticipated cuz we will never know what he’s gonna do next. For MUSE, with the recently released concepts, we can only guess that he will do something like rock. Jimin is one of the most versatile artists. In my opinion, the most versatile in BTS due to his unique tone and mastery of various styles of dance. His music is so versatile, even though he has such a unique tone, you can see here that he can manipulate his voice to a degree to match different genres. He’s is an incredible dancer. He is one of the most versatile if not the most versatile dancer is the industry. His ability to feel the music and use it to convey feeling is something truly unmatched. He is truly art and a true artist. His whole face album, every song is different. You seem like you’ve checked out some of his BTS album solo songs. If not, Filter, Lie, and serendipity are musts. They are best seen live.

The song is his story his struggle with the dark thoughts and feeling he had in Covid when he admitted he was drinking a bit more than he normally did. He talks about it with his Band mate Suga(aka Agust D) on Suga's talk show Suchwita. Jimin worked with one of the in house Producers P Dogg he spend 2weeks at his house. Jimin wrote the lyric's came up with melodies and gave suggestions in Producing. His new Album and the song he did for ARMY he wrote and produced at the same time at P Dogg's house. They can produce themselves but have access to P Dogg, Slow Rabbit, Bang PD, and Supreme Bio.

Jimin has many tattoo's on his sides upper arms behind his ear and the inside of one of fingers. He and Jungkook have the most tattoo's however all 7 member have at least one tattoo their friendship tattoo they did for their 10th anniversary the digit 7. Jimin is the martial arts expert, a Contemporary and Hip Hop Dancer he also does a mean Traditional Korean Fan Dance. Then you add that voice. Jimin is different People are surprised when they listen to Lie, Filter etc. There is always something different about each of his songs. Face OMG. You had a similar reaction than I did when first watching this MV. Face was my first comeback as a baby ARMY so I was still getting to know them but I was still SHOOK. Jimin was the first member I was drawn to and who I connected with emotionally through a solo song (Lie) and I went through a variety of emotions (surprise, concern, empathy, protectiveness, relief, pride, awe…). This man can be (and seems like he prefers to be) very gentle/sweet but make no mistake, he is FIERCE.

Love your reaction. I am a 65-year-old BTS fan and I also got chills the first time I saw this video. Jimin (likie all of the BTS members) is an astounding performer. FACE is a great album, but don't forget that Jimin is releasing another new album on July 19: Muse. Check that one out. The song Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco) is out now and is totally different from anything Jimin has ever done yet. Word is that he was trying to emulate Sgt Pepper with the visuals in the video. He did a wonderful job. It's beautiful.

Jimin was not a happy man during pandemic lock down, and we can hear it. Also, I for one, don't mind pausing or replaying a segment. Prefer that to talking over the music. :) I don't mind shocked enthusiasm or surprise. I was super surprised with On Kinetic Manifesto. I have stopped listening or unsubscribed to some reactors for BTS, mainly because they never got over being an authority on 'boy bands', never learned about the lyrics, symbolism or lore so everything was a love song or break up song to them. Basically, they had no real interest or respect for the artists and were in it for clicks.

In SMF we’re hit with the brass and drum beat which continues into SMGMB we get that similar marching brass/drum beat. Can’t wait for MUSE.

You did not come off as fake. This song shocked ARMY even though we know Jimin had these thoughts, we did not imagine he would articulate them quite like this. In their come-up, Jimin has been one of the members with the most hate. He is also hypercritical of himself so he used the autotune voice to represent his shadow self. The choreography was stunning and he even chose the set to be a panopticon - a circular prison where the inmates would have nowhere to hide from their captors. A masterpiece.

As you listen to Jimin, the other members solos and then BTS as a group, you will notice they cross styles, genres and they NEVER make the same song twice. This is one of their biggest strengths as they appeal to everyones taste and is why they have the biggest fanbase in the world. Clever, clever BTS. I personally love their rap and R&B tracks but there is literally not a track I don't like. BTS make no skip albums. FACT.💜

We have 7 solo artists who all play at least one musical instrument, that all can dance all can sing even the 3 Rappers. All are song writers, composers and producers each to a greater or lesser degree. It's the reason they are THE Global Super Group the only group that can compete with solo artists. They have just this week pushed MJ off his pedestal. They are the most awarded artist they have 1,400 Music Awards, 5 Grammy nominations, 31 Guinness World Records. They've done that in in just 11 years eg since their debut on 13th June 2013 and the are in the Military right now and will re unit in June 2025 having already signed a 3rd contract with their company of which they are shareholder in. They took a tiny company on the brink of going bankrupt if just one creditor had called in their loan that would have been their end. They took that tiny company to become the biggest Kpop Company and then bought out Scooter to make HYBE America. HBYE is the 3rd company after Samsung and Hyundi in the money it pays into the South Korean GDP. They are 7 Kings.

All the guys in BTS can express themselves in such a variety of ways in the songs they choose to perform. This song blew me away too, the visuals and his dancing? You can’t do better. His new release was so playful. I think he wants us to see that he can be super serious and very playful and both are him. Not many performers in the US would risk doing such different styles.
