We were transferred to a different seat but still near the pet and staff were not that accommodating as if this is our fault. You're trying to force offer pet carrying just to boost your sales; compromising health of other passengers. As if it is our fault for riding public transpo despite health conditions. It's said in your post itself, safety, health and convenience of other passengers must not be put to danger; BUT THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED!!! If you know that there will be a pet onboard at least have the decency to ask other passengers cause I do not have access to such info; hindi yun makabenta lang kayo ng tickets.
