I have a question. Is Japanese one piece boxes like Japanese Pokemon boxes where you only get one secret rare/ higher rarity hit per box?

Minimum you'll pull one alt art in a box which could be considered "high rarity". That's guaranteed. and then additionally you have the chance to pull a bigger hit as well if you're lucky. So two bit hits max if you're lucky
