Corse your stomach is made to process animal protein and fat. If you are not hindus who had been vegetarians for thousands of years - you can live like this. It is not healthy

Depends on the guy I’ve ate meat cooked and it went right through me 🚽! It greatly depends on how you’re body digests food. Some food goes through fast some slow !
