FYI, a loose tire will eventually go in the stands at the Chili Bowl. Hopefully everyone survives & hopefully the promoters & Expo Center aren't sued into closure when it happens. They need an arc on the fencing that goes hangs over the track, make straps on tires mandatory. Or have a thin netting that doesn't obscure vision that much that extends from fence to ceiling. They can't say they weren't warned
