Great player and great person. He subscribed to a lot of old-school practices and behavior but best of all he put his energy where it mattered to him. He gave 100% while at the same time not giving a s#@t. He was consistently himself.

Don’t ever compare Derricks high ass running style to Marshawn. Derrick just big asf with long ass arms No change of direction just straight forward with stiff arm. Marshawn could catch, juke, carry full defenses for more yards, etc.
